Maltese Associates owns and manages a well-maintained office building.   The building is 25,000 square feet, each floor having a total of 12,500 square feet.

Maltese Executive Plaza features full-time, onsite management who are attuned to the needs of our tenants.  The staff is available five days a week during normal business hours.

The Plaza is very conveniently located at the junction of Routes 46, 80, and 23.  The Garden State Parkway and Route 287 are also easily accessible.  This central location is approximately 50 minutes east of the Pennsylvania border and approximately 40 minutes west of Manhattan.
